Project Description: The scope of this project included combining two separate condo units and completely remodeling both units to give the condo an updated, contemporary feel. The bathrooms feature intricate mosaic tile, and the living room features a new stone fireplace and a new media center. A majority of the existing walls were removed to reconfigure the space and offer a more open feel to capture the view of the waterfront.
