Kevin Broderick, Principal, established Broderick Architects in 1986 soon after arriving in Seattle. Since our establishment, we have demonstrated a commitment to developing creative and practical solutions to design challenges through experience in designing ecclesiastical, institutional, commercial, and multi-family and single-family residential projects. Each project reflects our strong emphasis on providing personal attention to each client as we respond to their specific needs and goals for their project.
Our office is located in the SODO neighborhood of Seattle, in a historic warehouse building converted to artists’ lofts. While most of our work resides in the greater Puget Sound area, we have also completed several projects throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, and California. Our firm uses Building Information Modeling software, which allows us to handle a substantial workload with a trim, efficient staff. Our team includes two licensed architects, four architectural designers, one interior designer, and one office manager with additional staff as determined by the volume of work.
